Swimlab Aquatic Academy (SAA) was formed in 2010 as an age-group performance-based Swimming Program. SAA has had their home-base situated on the premises of the Wynberg Military Aquatics Centre (WMAC) since the 1st of November 2010. Whilst SAA trains athletes from all over Cape Town and surrounds, the greater body of our swimmers are from the University of Cape Town, Rosebank, Rondebosch and the rest of the Southern Suburbs.
Swimlab Aquatic Academy is managed and administrated by its Executive Committee of which coach and founder Hilton Slack is the Aquatics Director.
